Complaining about dealerships
Has anyone had any experience with websites that let you complaint about authorized dealership not being able to fix the problem? Like there is mytestify.com but there are many other ones.
If you did complaint, did it do anything for you? It’s annoying when they can’t fix your car after few tries…

I had a misfire once I couldn't find initially, and took it to the dealer. They said it needed a head gasket. It might have, but they didn't follow their own maintenance procedures and failed to correctly diagnose the issue. It still misfired as I drove it away; I fixed it at the next auto parts store myself with the only part I hadn't replaced.
After about 3 weeks and working my way up the chain, I finally talked to the GM. Got the entire $1800 back. What's your problem and why keep taking it back to the dealer if they can't fix it?
