Reset Miles To Empty Indicator

I put a new battery in my 2006 ford explorer. My Miles To Empty indicator tells me I have more gas than I actually do. How do I Reset this Indicator???

Just drive it for a few miles. It should "catch up" once it gets a better feel for the average fuel economy. The fuel gauge reads correctly, right?
