is it just me, or is there a difference between si bumper and stock bumper
The Si bumpers and stock hatch bumpers look slightly different... any anybody give me some insight on why or is it just my imagination? Thanks...

There is no difference if you have a stock Si! :finger:
As for the foglights my car is DX and if you look behind the bumper it has outlines where the bumper can be cut to put in the fogs.

or go to your local junkyard and get a 1st gen integra lip for $10. you'll have to modify it a bit (its too long) but it will bolt right up to your existing bolt holes as long as you get teh mounting hardware too.
