Good video on mechanical/electrical contracting business
Pretty interesting clip on this business based in Canada, Naylor Group bought by current engineer president in 1984 while company was on brink of bankruptcy and how it has turned around since then with his children in management, technology being more integrated in the company and plans to double revenue in the coming years: http://fpinnovators.com/naylorgroup
