99 gtp cranks no fire though

Bent the tab to put pump in high mode, came out of work today and went to start cranked and wanted to start just seemed like it didnt get any fuel, no black tab on key, security light came on for a few seconds and went off, could it be pump or resistor, had o2 sensor replaced, plugs wire, oil change. Could it be vacuum line.. please help at a loss! Also is It got dropped off by tow truck went in it to grab something then noticed a clicking sound in the dash drivers side by vent in the access port. Cel is on...

Had tab bent out due to it not wanting to start awhile ago, knew it was temporary just wondering if its just the pump...

Check fuel pressure or spray intake with carb cleaner(must be over 32 F) to see if it starts.....

For those who don't know what this post is about, he is talking about a quick fix on a switching relay for a 3.8 with a SC'er, which utilizes a resistor in the f/p circuit....this procedure bypasses the resistor and makes the pump run constantly on the higher voltage...
