1997 TJ Clutch Issues

I am working on a 1997 Jeep wrangler 2.5L
A friend bought this jeep with the slave cylinder blown out,
I replaced the clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, slave cylinder. Bled the system and the clutch wouldnt release. I made a longer rod for the slave cylinder and then the clutch wouuld release but was still a little hard to shift in to gear and would grind a little going into reverse. well he drove it made a day befor it tore up the throw-out bearing. I replaced the clutch and everything again and still wasnt right but he needed the jeep so he drove it then a few days later the master cylinder started leaking. He replaced it but couldn't get it to bleed right so he brought to me and I bled everything and replaced the clutch set again and still couldnt get the clutch to release properly. So, i replaced the clutch fork, retainer and pivot ball/stud and still wouldnt release properly. I did some searching and found a bleed procedure (pumping the peddle til all air bleeds thought the master cylinder) but it seemed to be hit or miss but I tried it and it still wasnt right. I also saw everyone was saying that the slave cylinder and master cylinder arent suppose to be serviced indivisually (which I read this on ALLDATA as well) so I thought maybe that was the problem. I order a new assembly (pre-filled and pre-bled) from rockauto.com and thought for sure that was the problem. well put the system on yesterday and still having the same problem. The clutch just will not release!!!!!

Anyone have the same issue or know what the problem is????
