FWD drifting is just a load of ass dragging crap. If you think that lame ass Civic was impressive then check out a D1 car drift, I guarantee you will have never seen anything like it.

Actually haters, errr, ummm, PEOPLE, yea people, I have seen a D1GP video before and I was at the Faulken Tires showoff, and it was nothing short of amazing and what i saw on that video blows the Faulken tires away because that was drifting in an FF car and I would like to see you do that in a Civic without a handbrake on dry pavement, can't do it?, thought so. So think of how hard it is to try to do that first before you be a dickhole to someone and be uptight about it just because it is an FF car, can't you see this guy has talent, if this guys was in an FR cars he would OWN everyone here. Man stupid people piss me off.

talent? it takes TALENT to get your FF car sideways for half a second? if that takes talent, then everyone in this world has that talent.

before YOU fly off the hook and start ragging on people, first consider that this is OUR opinion, and we may keep it as we please. if you think that's impressive, then so be it. gawk at it in "awe" all you want. i personally think it's a load of trash, and that guy probably just wants attention but is too cheap to go out and buy a real drift car.

it takes 100 times more talent to perfectly balance a power-over drift in a RWD car, and even more talent for some of the other techniques, so before you go around calling people "dickholes", i think you should consider that.

I personally think that those were E-Brake Drifts, but I couldn't tell for sure because of how small the video is. But I also do believe it does take skill to truely drift a FWD car, not an E brake drift either. Now I know alot of people here will argue with me on that point, let them, I don't care, I am not trying to change your opinion, don't try changing mine. But I do agree with S13_Iketani, you should have cooled it down some and realize that people were just stating their opinions.

I won't say that grabbing the handbrake in a corner qualifies as drifting, but I will say that it's a technique that amateur and professional lower class rally drivers (such as those in the British National Rallye Circuit's Super 1600 class) rely on to get their naturally understeering FF cars around extremely tight corners.

It may not be drifting, but it is a competition technique that requires some ability to use effectively and efficiently. Just ask Gilles Pannizi.

Well I understand using the Ebrake some, but using it for the whole slide, i don't consider that a drift. Using it to initiate and make small adjustments, yes.
