Question Check engine with a brand new Subaru

Hi evereyone, my Xv Crosstrek only have 2300km and the information display combined with the check engine light states that the emissions control system and the dynamic command system should be checked. I will bring the car to my dealer in a few days but I would like to know if someone else experienced the same problem? + with a very gentle driving with a CVT transmission, I only managed to obtain a 11 l/km fuel consumption and I am more than disapointed about that. Excuse my poor written english, my first language is french.
