Importing cars and emission standards
Want to import a car from the UK. I know there are emission standards and such but was wondering about buying a car minus engine and importing. No issues with emissions because no engine, right? Just throw an engine in once I get it stateside. Also know of safety standards but could try to get it to pass before putting it on the road, unless there is a time limit or such...
