Left rear tailight is not on....

and odd electrical problem, noticed last week my left rear tailight is not on, left rear brake light and left rear signal light both work.....whicch strikes me as odd becuase they also act as the tailight.

I did a walk around and found my license plate lights out as well, the front left turn signal light is lit but will not flash when turned on....any ideas would be appreciated.

Check and replace the bulb that does not work, It's a two element bulb and one of the elements is likley burned out. Also look at the socket for the bulb, it may be burned, if so it will need replaed also.
