Custom high angle cv drive shafts?

I'm not sure exactly if this is the proper forum, but I am trying to find a company that will manufacture me a set of custom shafts or flanges for my trailblazer. I have a shudder/ shimmy / vibration when the front driveline is engaged up to 30mph on snow covered/slick pavement after my 3" lift kit was installed. The only thing that has changed is my cv shaft angles, which I am going to assume are the culprit.

I would like them to use a Porsche 930 cv joint as they can operate at extreme angles with no problems.

Flange on left is a stock 930 inner flange, right was one modified for a Grand Prix gtp

This is the 930 joint, version 1. Version 2 I haven't been able to source which keeps the bearings separated instead of 2 coming together in pairs like this does.

These are my shafts specs..

Anyone have experience in tackling a chore like this?

How about your driveshaft pinion angle?

The issue is with my front IFS CV drive shafts, not my rear driveshaft. I have no vibrations in 2HI, the truck is rear wheel drive in 2HI.

In 4HI the shudder/ vibrations are felt through the steering wheel and body.

Here's my cv angle, you can see the shaft doesn't rotate true and might be binding up.

Re: Custom high angle cv drive shafts?

Way too much angle, you are correct. I have never seen a high angle cv axle. You need to google what you are looking for.

Re: Custom high angle cv drive shafts?

I have, lol....

I get rcvperformance and the driveshaft shop as the two top hitters. RCV want $2500/set and DSS wants $1500-2k set.

Not exactly what I want to pay, thus reason for trying to network and see if others have had some made elsewhere. I don't need a bullet proof set like these shops want to make, something middle of the road and $800-1,000 range is more what I figure it should be running me.

But I'm going to assume due to such little feedback, I need to post in other forums.
