Very Noisy when driving
I recently noticed that my 01 Rodeo is loud when statring out. It almost sounds like the air cleaner is off when I start off. I've looked everywhere and nothing is lose but it sounds loud. Is there a way to quiet this down or is it a characteristic of all Rodeo's

Does it sound like like your clutch fan is always engaged?
