CAI Finally

what's up
i finally ordered and installed my AEM CAI. holy ish...i'm amazed. that together with the dynomax high-flow exhaust make for a sweet sound, especially at 4,000 rpm when that final manifold opens up! i absolutely love it and i noticed a great leap in power. next thing is 4 Bosch platinum +4 spark plugs...bigger spark=smoother acceleration through the rpm band. i'm lovin' it!

as far as power uis concerned, no the new +4's don't make a difference. what they DO do though is make a much biger spark which logically aids in combustion and much much smoother acceleration throughout the RPM band with no dead spots what so ever. they're platinum tipped as well. try them, they're great! i dropped them into mine and it's a lot smoother, plus i tend to accelerate hard off the line so my old ones were at about 20K miles and wearing a little bit. the biggest difference i ever noticed was when i put them same type into my old 97 nissan hardbody 4x4 that was running with regulard NGK's...it had a 2'' body and 4 '' trailmaster suspension lift, 35'' General Grabbers and a custom exhaust (that sounded great!) my truck also had 87K miles on it and it was really slow cause it was a 4 banger and modded so much. but those +4's made a great difference! try em out, they're a little expensive but well worth the $$ as far as i'm concerned. hope this helps
