Holley carburator, need help and information

I have a 1970's model holley carb off of a f600 and I want to put it on my 1969 chevy 327 I was wanting to know how many cfm's (I think that's what it's called) it has?

Also the carb has a governor and I was wanting to know if there was a way to bypass it?

Get the model numbers off the air horn, there are many sites including Holley that will list the carb and specs. No way we would know without that info anyway.
