2001 S Series Wiper Pump fuse

Greetings all

My wife has temporarily inherited her dad's 2001 Saturn S series car and it was in a wreck but fixed. Here's the kicker though, the Wiper's work but not the wiper fluid pump (not a car guy, not sure if the correct term). It worked fine before the accident and now its not. I did find the fuse and relay box under the hood though. I remember my old 2001 Grand am had 2 fuse boxes, one under the hood and on the driver side next to the hood release.

I can not seem to find this one so any help in troubleshooting would be great
