[911 Tribute] RWB / RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF 993 NUMBER ONE
I started the build of the RWB NUMBER ONE.
Its the C1 transkit.
Some puttying and sanding than ready for paint.

Did you know that "RAUH Welt BEGRIFF" is german, and make no sense.
In english its "ROUGH World TERM"

Nice start! Looking forward to watching your build. I have 2 transkits awaiting building.

How did you find the body in regards to cleaning? Mine is rather pitted, and will require a lot of cleaning compared to others I have seen. Was it the first or second batch that your purchased your transkit?

On a side note Begriff means 'perception' according to Mr Nakai who started RWB. A 'rough world perception' as the initial drift cars he and his friends built were 'rough' but reliable and kept on going and going, as well as the 'badboy' lifestyle they lived (illegal street drifting and highway racing). The name is the exact opposite of how his Porsches turn out in real life haha.

No it is from the first batch. I used vor the body "Mr dissolved Putty". This is very helpfull.

No first layer clear coating is done. I already sanded the orange peel


Self printing rims with aluminium ring, and a lot of rivets
