2006 Avalon 6 disc changer stuck

I have 3 or 4 discs in and it started a couple months ago when I would play a burnt disc and sometimes get an ERROR 4 code. It would shut the CD player down and wouldnt start again until car was restarted. Eventually, ERROR 4 went to ERROR 3 and now nothing happens at all. I push the disc button to play a cd and no error code or nothing. Just blank for a couple seconds and it turns on radio. Cant get discs to eject or play and I cant even get an error code now. Every other function on the stereo works just fine. Any ideas???
