91 s10 pick up water in the oil

I have a 91 s10 pick up with. 4 cyl. It also have around 300000 miles on it. I've notice. A small dripping leak of like muddy water coming out around manifold. Then I check the oil n the oil has water in it. It cranks in run great but has water in the oil but it smokes like he'll. Please help me fix my truck. Tell me what I need to to to fix it.
