Maybe Hobby design will come out with a trans kit for this one.

They already have some Novitec wheels and trans kits in their range.

Nah...I'll pass on a HD transkit thanks.

But I would love a set of the rims only from any of the above mentioned companys.

BTW... These look very similar to the optional Ferrari rims.

Ups, sorry, my bad, I wasn't even looking, I know I saw those wheels, but never checked the scale, never the less, I am sure I saw something similar recently, again...maybe in different scale, I will check

That would perfectly describe the two HD trans kits I've purchased.

They do make a range of product unavailable elsewhere and we can only hope they eventually sort their resin issues out.

Got this morning from Hobbyeasy the ordered HD Novitec rims and wanted share with you, here a quick mock-up



And this is how they look just out of the box:



They are perfectly round, with a good definition and generally clean, some extra care needs to be addressed to the back side of the spokes.

Front rims – dia. 24.4 mm; width 11.8 mm
Rear rims – dia. 25.4 mm; width 14.0 mm

(Real wheels dimensions – 255/30 R21 + 335/25 R22)

Aoshima 20” wide&narrow tires fit the HD rims but they are strongly stretched on…


I was not so confident in this coming item, instead this is one of the most clean and accurate set of rims I’ve ever seen from Hobby Design. My formal thanks go to them.
