95 Ultra Intermittent SES & TC Light

I had originally posted this in a different forum titled "95 PA Ultra with OBDII?". But now these lights are intermittent.

When these two lights came on I brought in for scanning and was told I needed a new PCM. However, I have another 95 Ultra that runs great and I was going to swap the PCMs to see if that is the problem.

Well after I cleaning off our 16" snowfall, the car started right up with no check engine lights. So now I would have to classify this as an intermittent issue. And the traction control worked properly both on and off.

Any ideas as to why the SES and TC lights would come on together intermittently?
