Fujimi Altezza RS200

Hi!

it been a while since my last post here in the forum, so let me show you guys my last work.

The car is finished, but since its for a contest here in argentina i cant show the final look of the car.

This is the box

This is the back of the car, i will remove the lights from the trunk and also i will cut the lower part of the bumper (the black part)

I will open the bumpers, the red part wont be in the future

More news on the IS...

I opened the grills, to do that i drill a lot of holes, and then i cut it.

Back side

Finally it look like this

Then i covered this holes (that i dont know why fujimi put them)

This is the back bumper, i cutted the lower part

I have to "clean" this part of the chasis, to look more simple, more clean

Then i covered the tail lights (on the trunk), i will put some putty.

Then i started the work on the rear part of the chasis, removing those 2 "boxes"

Cutting with the Tamiya saw (it is awesome!!)

Finally removed it

I was looking at the chasis, and i realized that the exhaust was very poor quality..so i did a new one with Plastruct tube.

So i was thinking in a new muffler, and this is the one i want to put on the car.

So...with a Evergreen rod (6,4mm), i did a hole in the center, and i put a tube

I did some work on the chasis, since i am doing a new exhaust system, i had to made a modification on the chasis

This section, marked in black...must leave

So, with my new tamya saw i cut it

Almost out

And here is the hole!

So i have to make a patch to cover the hole...so i cut a evergreen tube (in half) and glue it to the chasis

And this is how it looks

Also i finished the exhaust support (once that everything is finish, i will cut those rods)

Finally i removed the paint from the rims

More news with the RS200

First, some time ago i primered everything

Chasis

Body

Rear bumper

Front bumper

Need some sanding

Wing

And today i painted it

Adriatico blue by Honda...!! sick color, by far my best wotk with the airbrush...im so happy!!!

In a few days i will show you the car finished
