So only the brighter yellow is paint..?? The green is decals..?? Wow, I'm seriously impressed..!! I would have thought you painted all the colours. Those decals look painted on. The seat looks great too, I'll have to try that flocking technique..

Nice build indeed. How were the white writings on the tires made? Simply with decals or with flat white paint airbrushed on stencils? I would say stencils.
