Need information please

Hi there!! well I have a 03 honda CRV. I was driving today and my mill light came on so I went to my friend shop to use his scanner and it came with this code p0341 VTC solenoid valve. well I located the part replace it delete the code but about 30 minutes later the light was back up same code is any one out there had this problem, if so could you give me some idea as to what to look for. I have tested the solenoid iand it does open 1/8 when you apply power to it everything is clean and the o ring is good. well hope to heard from some one soon thank you for taking the time to read this take good care Tony
