Mazda 6 Help

Our 2008 mazda 6 has been giving a bit of trouble lately the windows seem to go down by themselves by key fob battery seems to be going but i don't think this is the problem because the car remains locked when the windows are down. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as its not nice when the weather is wet.
