I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say " a fender louver for a 2005 Impala " ? I have a 2000 Impala LS ( basically identical to a 2005 ) and it doesn't have any louvers on the outside of the fender . Are you referring to some part under the hood ? Could you post a picture of the part you're seeking ?
