Mercedes Benz 230G - Italeri 1/24

Hello, this is my latest model - 230G from Italeri. The kit originaly comes as Paris Dakar version, but it includes parts for civil version. The build was quite tricky, the kit has many fitment problems, so the result is far from perfect.

Re: Mercedes Benz 230G - Italeri 1/24

This kit is not perfect because it is from the early eighties. It was made by the Italian Esci.

I think that your is a very good build. The solid black color hides a lot of the kit flaws. For example, A pillar and B pillar are not shaped correctly.

By the way, I think this is a pretty decent kit for that era.

Congratulations for this one.....just take care on next models with the headlight lenses.....those marks on them are always on vertical or horizontal positions.
