1990 F150 Blowing F1 after driven short distance

My 1990 F150 blows the F1 fuse after driven a short distance. When the fuse blows the ABS light in the dash comes on.

You have to replace the fuse. Look for the fuse box located below and left of the steering wheel. Remove the panel and check out the fuse you need. Now use fuse puller and check the inside wires whether they are melted or not. Replace this with new one and close the fuse box.

If your truck is blowing fuses, there is most likely an issue. It's possible that you just had a faulty fuse, but very unlikely. Rather than just replacing the fuse, you should really take the time to identify why the fuse blew. For that you'll probably need a wiring diagram which shows what fuses are on that circuit. If you don't have access to such a wiring diagram, let me know and I can probably dig one up.
