2007 Ford TaurusSE Need Diagram for electric lock module

Also,

I have one wire coming from my third party keyless entry unit to open 4 doors. It does not say how to wire this. I would think if I wire one I open one. But, if I wire all 4 with one wire this causes a short???

Really could use some help.

Joe

Re: 2007 Ford TaurusSE Need Diagram for electric lock module

I suspect the "unlock 4" wire is what you use if you do not want "priority unlock". Either way, you'll use this wire, it's just a matter of if you use only this wire or this wire plus another wire. The priority unlock feature is the feature that will unlock only the driver's door on the first press of the "unlock" button on the fob, then unlock the remaining doors on the second press. Do you not have an installation manual for the aftermarket system you are trying to install?

If you send me a Private Message with your vehicle details and the diagrams you're seeking (I get several requests and won't go looking through the forum to see who is requesting what) along with an e-mail address for you I'll send you a PDF of the wiring diagrams.
