99 B3500 tail light issue

I have a 99 B3500 passenger van and the tail lights do not work. Bulbs good, fuse under hood good, brake and turn lights work, no tail. What should I try next?

Do the front parking lights work, or are they out too?

Front parking lights are also out- had not noticed that.

[alloro]

In that case I would suspect the headlight switch.
