95 cav wiring trob

have a 95 cav pulled the engine harness and checked all the wire for breaks fixed any there was. Now still having the same prob. When the car is cool it will turn over and start. But when the car is warm you turn it over and it dont start the first time turn the key back to the on position and the start continues to turn till you disconnect the battery. When the battery is disconnected I have measured the voltage from the Neg post to then ground on the moter and it is running 12 volts. HAYNES book say it is a short pulled all the fuses and it still runs 12 volts. can not locate the trob, any Ideas please Help. It did have a recall on the ignition switch and was replaced by the dealer. I had engine trob so i switch the moter to a 96 sunfire same moter. I have had this trob with both engines.
