Cool Some different easy mods

I have a 1996 Chevy Cheyenne 1500 with a 5.7 in it let me know what you guys think of these mod possibilities.

1. I have a after market dual exhaust out the sides with cherry bombs and the cats

2. Would a throttle body make any difference?

3. I was looking at a cold air intake like this
http://www.ebay.com/itm/BCP-BLUE-96-...f718d0&vxp=mtr

4. If I put this intake on I would use the k&n air filter I have in it

5. Also for these mods to make a difference would I have to have the computer flashed or something and how much would that generally cost thanks.

Would these mods be worth it? I'm not looking for an insane power house truck just a better then average truck for power and mpg. I was also thinking about putting a mild chip of some kind on it but I'm skeptical about them as I have never delt with them
