95 F150 4.9L Rough starting

For a week now, when I crank it up, it's starting really rough. It will start bucking and sounds like it's only hitting one or two cylinders and die after five or six seconds. Next try and it won't turn over. Then it might turn over and immediately die.

I'll have a combination of that for about five tries and then it will start up just fine. It usually happens after I've just been driving it. I was in a store for five minutes this morning and it gave me trouble. Then, again after grabbing some groceries for 20 minutes.

It spent the rest of the day at my mechanic and didn't do it once. Now that I'm home, guess what? Happening again. lol So, any thoughts?
