car alarm

i have a 2000 integra gs... it doesn't come with an alarm or wireless key entry, all it comes with is some chip that's in the key or something...

anyway, i wanted to get a car alarm installed... do u guys have any suggestions on what to install?

I hear people swear by their expensive ass alarms but if a thief wants your car, he'll take it. I've seen people with expensive ass alarms, autolock, and the club get their cars stolen. No BS. I'd say get a not bad alarm w/ a cheap proximity sensor and get the autolock.

B16EJ1 is right, if a thief wants your car, its gone.

Anyway, I have the Clifford Matrix RS3. Two way paging, command confirmation, timer mode, valet mode (Im using it as a TT) etc. etc.

You can get the autolock and club from any auto parts store. Alarms at any eletronics/car audio shop.
