Has anyone bought anything here: http://matrixcollectibles.site.yahoo.net/ ??
I'm thinking about making a purchace on a couple of models here, so just wondering if it's safe and if so, how good the service is.

I have. They ship really fast, and the prices are decent. I was very very pleased with them.

I have bought from them and I must say it was a good experience though I think the prices are a bit high since I order from HLJ now.

Their service is very good and the shop is amazing. They display alot of models (mostly Sci-fic figure) in the store.

They are having a sale right now. Price are almost the same as HLJ. I just bought the Lancer Evo VI from them, $19(No shipping cost for me) .

Really?? I assume you visit them at their store in NYC, last time I was there their prices were higher in store than online.

i went there a while ago and asked them how much a model was... they went onto their own site to get the answer. so the prices should be the same. I guess you should go there with a list of prices just to make sure. But to answer the question at hand, they are a great place to deal with. they have some kits that are more reasonably priced than others so you have to do your homework first if your looking for the best price. their service is great too. i ordered some paints and got one wrong color. the next day, i got the right color no questions asked. i was impressed. I wouldnt hesitate to order from them if i knew i was paying a decent price.

Oh, ok. many of the boxes had price stickers already on them (like $27 for an average Tamiya kit, which is about right when compared to other retail stores). I won't be going up to NYC for a long time so it shouldn't really matter I guess..but I'll bring a printout next time!

Just bought the Tamiya Enzo Ferrari 1:24 kit from them today, went there on W30th street myself. The dude that works there is an awesome guy and he was helpin me with my noobie choice on tamiya paint's and whatever, he was a huuuuge help. The selection is pretty big, I look forward to going back for more models - they are Good people.
