79 k30 JUMPING WHEN I HIT A BUMP

I have a K30 4x4 that every once in a while when I am driving around 15-20mph and I hit a bump the whole front of the truck will start jumping and won't stop until I come almost to a stop and then shimmies out. It feels like the motor and trans are trying to jump off the frame, I have already replaced the motor mounts and the trans mount. I also have a stabilizer bar that is broken that runs from the tans houseing to the transfer case. Please help? We have brainstormed and we think it might be the transfer case but would like any suggestions. thanks

Need a better description of " jumping", up and down side ways, the front end shakes, the steering, what? Is this truck raised, oversized tires? Any play in the steering or steering box, properly aligned?

Yes the truck is raised, it is aligned, its not like a bunny hop more like an elephant jumping its harsh, and hard. The steering is not shaking.... I guess its more of a circular jump or rocking but not sidea=ways only up and down too.

Tough to tell from here but sounds like something is binding in the suspension?

Replace your shocks.

Thank you, we have replaced all of the bushings in the front and shocks all around, thanks for the suggestions, we will see if it works
