Transmission 2002 RT 4x4 Durango

Help. Changed out my transmission. Start it up go down the road like a champ. But you stop at a light or stop sign. when you take off it doesnt want to shift correctly. You can shut off and restart runs like a champ Help. I want my durango back. Love driving it. HELP
