87' CRX si - Needs Struts - Advice?

Hello -

I've owned my 87 CRX si 25 years old now - and need to replace it's struts.

I'm pretty mechanical and handy - so I'm not too worried about doing the job myself. I know I need to get a compressor tool - but what I'm looking for is specific advice on the job itself - the sequence - things I should also replace when I do it (as in cuffs or other items that look as though they might be optional), etc.

Basically, I want to replace my struts myself and am looking for some guidance - and recommendations on brands (not for racing - just general use).
