How to remove the speed limiter.

I know alot of people look down on me for this but I need to remove my limiter or at least raise it. Not for racing but I do live in Germany and we have autobahn's here where on most of these highways there are NO SPEED LIMITS. I need this thing to roll at a safe 120mph (200kph) so I don't get ran over and cause a COLLISION... I've lived over here for about 15 years now. I drive this car often. Last year I turned in my 2001 Chevy Cavalier in to have all the gaskets and belts replaced. I drive this car every day, and at least once a month I drive it for about 8 hrs straight on the autobahn at about 105mph going to see my daughter on the other side of Germany, and then bring her back to my house. I do so much driving that I get the car tuned about every month to two months. Anybody have any suggestions?
