Need help quick!!!!

I need to find out what codes 16 and 19 are on an 89 DX sedan.....Im at a dealer and the car I want to buy is not starting and throwing those codes.

Code 16 (16 flashes) Fuel injector

Code 19 (19 flashes) Lock up control solenoid valve

[T-Mo]

is it an automatic or manuel?

16- fuel injector system(defecive circuit or unplugged/defected fuel injector)

19-automatic transmission lock up control solenoid valve(defective circuit or unplugged/defective solenoid valve0

Thanks guys...its a manual so I don't know why code 19 was flashing.....the code 16 was cause the main relay was messed up and the injectors werent working....they put a new relay in for me and I got the car for $700

if it has an automatic ECU in a manual car, it will flash the lockup control selenoid code.
