Well finished my final project for my Drafting Seminar class, and here are the pics of them on my car (some of the pics are gonna be really hard to see, digi cam sucks)

Well thats it. Once I get my car lowerd I think it will look alot better...hopefully.

Yea ill keep them for now, but once my car is lowerd ill decide on if it looks right or not.

Well here is the prosess (i'll keep out all the measurements and that good stuff) started out with a big piece of plexi glass, drew the design onto the plexi glass and cut it out with a ban saw. After that was done me and my friend started sanding them down with long files, all the edges and the round parts. Once that was done we used a heat gun to heat up the plexi glass to bend it. We took three pieces of wood and made it so we could put the plexi glass inbetween the two pieces of wood on either sides took the heat gun of it for about 15 minutes to heat it up and bend it. The hole bending and heating process took about a good 45 minutes for both of them and for two bends on each splitter. We painted them yesterday once we were done bending and sanding. And today we put them on.

Wow that was a lot to type! Have fun reading it

Looks like its flush with the bumper. You should use a heat gun and melt them so they flare out.
