Elise Turbo issues. PLEASE HELP

Hi there guys,

I have turbocharged my Elise and have done everything right its boosting 0.4 bar, but its smoking out of the exhaust and the smoke smells like burnt oil. there is also oil being pushed through the spark plugs at the top of the engine. any ideas what the problem is? Thanks in advance.
