XM radio disappeared

I recently had my carpet replaced front to back. Of course, this involved removing and reinstalling the console and a lot of trim pieces. During the process the connection to my airbag was left undone, but I took it back to the shop and they say they fixed it (wire under the d.seat).

However....my XM radio has disappeared. I was having the service swapped from my Suburban and XM said it could not make the transfer. When I turned the radio on the XM1 and XM2 bands were gone from the display. I am guessing another connector has been left apart, or maybe the antenna. According to the elect. diagrams the "digital receiver" is under the right side of the dashboard, but the antenna stuff is clear back at the right rear window area. That sounds strange, but it is GM.

Have any of you had this XM issue, and do you think its the connection to the "receiver" or the antenna??

Re: XM radio disappeared

Follow-up:

The upholstery company got up under the dash, found the XM receiver (aka digital receiver) and found that all the connecters were pulled out. No one can figure out why. We plugged in the power connection and it does show up on the radio display panel. It also says "no signal" because the antenna connection(s) are also pulled out.

The problem is trying to figure out which antenna lead is the correct one. There are more than one, and one of them has the metal ground ring at the end of the cable gone -- like pulled off gone. So, I guess I have to find someone to trace the correct antenna lead and replace the head of the one that's damaged. The dealership parts guy who was helping me find all the components says it looks like (from pics I sent him) someone tried to steal the stuff and yanked the antenna lead off and ruined it.
