aside from shocks in the rear end...(suspension question)

hey

correct me if I'm wrong, but aside from shocks in the rear end of a 2000 3.8 windstar, there isn't any other suspension items right? Reason I ask is, if there's a bit of a bump it's either brake, tire, hub or one of those components are bend. My son, who's 11 but has a remarkable way of hearing and feeling car problems, has told me that there's a bit of a bump in the back. For the record, I did have rear and front frame recall done so it isn't that...

any other "first blush" thoughts?

Well - there's the spring, and don't forget the brackets that hold the parking brake cables in place. There are a few things back there that could bump around. Crawling around underneath while pushing and pulling on things will probably bring it to light!
