How to clear tires

I bought some rims and tires that are a little too big. I need to figure out how to make them fit. I trimmed some plastic but it still rubs the bumper when in reverse and hits the inner back fender when turned sharp. I have a small lift, but not sure how the truck was lifted so I don't know what I can do and don't want to buy a lift part that I already have. The T-bars are not cranked, that is all I can tell by looking at it. My truck is 2006 Silverado. Tires are 325/50/22 or 35/13.50/22.
