Datsun Fairlady 2000
This is a Fujimi kit I picked up years ago. Decided to crack it open and do a quick build...well, after 3 months, it's done!
Didn't realise it had an engine, so was pleasantly surprised when I found out it did. Paint is Tamiya Silver Leaf (which is a real pain to work with), clear is Testors One Coat (first time and I kinda like it), trim is BMF, chrome parts were refinished in Alclad and very simple wiring on the engine. Wheels are Fujimi Watanabes - bit to wide for the car though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

That is a beauty;] You haven't registered it yet - maybe it's the wheel problem;] Other than that great stuff.

Great job mate.
![]() ![]() ![]() It hards to find this fairlady nowaday. I had a couple in my stash 1:24 one is "Nishimo" and 1:32 one is "Arii", so I'll keep looking for another.
