2010 T&C shifting very harsh

Dealer says "no fix"...
I work at a dealership and drive plenty of cars, old trade-ins and newer model vehicles as well. I feel like I know when a transmission is shifting harsh. I know there is a tsb on the 2012 model because we recently got one fixed through warranty by flasing the trasnmission.

any thoughts on why they are saying no fix when it is clunking and shifting so rough? any thoughts on what to do next? any help is greatly appreciated.
