2007 trailblazer growling sound in front end at 40-50 mph

Has anyone found the problem with the growing sound in the front end on a 07 trailblazer had just replaced both tie rods,cv shafts,inner transfer case bearings and seals and tires still getting the growling sound thinking it could be wheel bearings but there $100 a piece anyone had these issues.

I would say you're on track with the hub bearing(s). Lift the ft end and shake the tires top to bottom and check for play. It there is any, they need replaced. If there is none, it does NOT mean they are ok. Does the noise change when turning side to side when driving? If so it's probably a bearing (as long as the tires are not chopped up making noises).
If you decide to replaced the hubs, use a quality replacent part, the cheap ones will not last.

Make any difference if the switch is set to 2wd, A4W, 4HI, 4LO?

No or minimal noise in 2WD, growling in the front when in A4W, worse in 4HI or 4LO is probably the under-designed front axle actuator. Bearing failure is epidemic. Bearing rides directly on internal parts (no separate inner race) so when bearing takes a dump, it ruins the part it rides on, too.

Checked side to side and up and down and in and out for play there is none truck has 107k on it like I said before replaced inner bearings and seals on the front diff and rear main seal cv shafts tie rods new rotors pads and tires still have that nubby tire sound around 40 mph dealer wants $500 for wheel bearing and aftermarket wants $250 a little tired of throwing money at this thing

Also switching from 4 hi to 4 low doesn't have any affect on the noise also turning l to r really doesn't change anything in the sound if so very minimal

Careful on the aftermarket bearings some are real junk ,had 2 in 1 year in my TB fortunately the Carquest store I do business with in my shop made good.

Where is front axle acuator bearing located also napa wants $250 for decent wheel bearing with a 3 year warranty

The actuator is pressed into the passenger side of the oil pan; in-line with the right front wheel's axle shaft.

The bearings are inside the actuator housing.

If the noise doesn't change between 2wd, A4WD, and 4WD, the actuator probably isn't at fault. (but actuator problems are REALLY COMMON.)

GM used to sell complete actuators. They've been discontinued for years. Only way to fix them is to buy individual parts--or find a company that sells rebuilt units.

Thanks buddy gonna roll the dice on the driver side wheel bearings and see what happens actually already replaced the bearings in the actuator assembly

It's fixed it was the driver side wheel bearing bought skf hub unit from napa for $300 aka wheel bearing hope it helps someone else out
