02 express cargo no start
I installed a new key lock and ignition switch. The old one broke and the electrical switch shorted out. Everything is installed but the van wont start, It will turn over sputter but not run. This is a base model that does not have passlock. I have fuel pressure 66psi and spark but still will not run. Any Ideas? Edit to add that it starts but shuts right back off even if you spray ether in it.

Spark to all 6 plugs. Distributor is turning. It has Gps locator, but To my knowlege nothing else. I will check the injector pulse after lunch. 4.3 Cfsi or CPI btw

The security light is blinking but this van according to the rpo codes does not have pass lock. ?????????

I show passlock system on all 3 express vans.
You need to getbengine and anti theft codes for repair. Post back any codes you have.

It did have Passlock after all, I went through the 30 minute relearn and it fired rite up. I wonder why it did not have the correct rpo code.
