electrical issue

i purchased a 1999 C3500 that i have installed a new light switch and turn signal switch. My concern is when i use the turn signal there is a bleed over of lumination on radio display, instrument panel lighting, etc. which pulses when the turn signal relay open and closes. Suggestions?

That's weird maybe check the relay and make sure it is tight and working right.
