2002 cav. 2.2 crankshaft seal
have had seal replaced twice what would cause seal to keep poping out.

Most likely a problem with the crankcase ventilation system allowing pressure to build up in the engine. It could also be extremely excessive blowby (past the piston rings). Does it take some force to get the seal into place? Which engine does it have?
